Application for Eurocham membership is open to:
- any company having its headquarters in a European country (EU Member States, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, United Kingdom and Switzerland)
- or any legal entity whose majority of the capital is owned by a citizen of a European country,
- or any company whose business is essentially dependent on trade between Europe and Nigeria.

Associate Members
Associate Members have an advisory role to the EuroCham Nigeria. Associate Members are: European-Nigerian bilateral chambers; Associations of European countries' businesses or investors in Nigeria; and European embassies, consulates or trade offices in Nigeria.
